FRANKLIN, Idaho, Nov. 17, 2006 - Legacy Ranch, the new 270-acre planned community in Franklin, has received
reservations for more than half of the 103 Phase I Lots that have been recorded by Franklin County.

The official recording of Legacy Ranch is a significant milestone for the new community, which allows for lots to be sold and for the addition of new community infrastructure and amenities such as electrical lines, high-speed Internet and cable, water and sewer improvements, road creation, as well as other planned amenities to begin.
